Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Uso. Si no está de acuerdo con alguno de estos términos, no utilice el Servicio. Su uso continuado del Servicio tras cualquier modificación de estos términos constituye su aceptación de dichos cambios.
OléPDF es una suite de herramientas para procesar documentos PDF que se ejecuta íntegramente en el navegador del usuario: unir, dividir, comprimir, convertir, organizar, numerar, recortar, editar metadatos y anonimizar, entre otras. Una de sus herramientas, la anonimización, detecta automáticamente datos personales mediante patrones regex e inteligencia artificial (NER) y permite al usuario redactarlos de forma irreversible.
Todo el procesamiento de documentos PDF se ejecuta exclusivamente en el navegador del Usuario. Los documentos no se envían a ningún servidor externo. El Proveedor no tiene acceso, no almacena y no procesa los documentos del Usuario.
Las comunicaciones de red se limitan a: (a) cargar la aplicación y sus dependencias, (b) descargar modelos autoalojados, (c) validar la licencia y registrar telemetría anónima, y (d) cuando el Usuario valida o crea una firma digital, transportar una petición OCSP, descargar una CRL o solicitar un sello de tiempo. En este último caso solo viajan identificadores del certificado o resúmenes criptográficos; nunca el documento ni su contenido.
EL SERVICIO SE PROPORCIONA ESTRICTAMENTE "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA. EL PROVEEDOR NO GARANTIZA QUE EL SERVICIO SERÁ ININTERRUMPIDO, LIBRE DE ERRORES O QUE CUMPLIRÁ CON LOS REQUISITOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL USUARIO.
El Proveedor renuncia expresamente a todas las garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin particular, no infracción y cualquier garantía derivada del curso de negociación o uso comercial.
El Proveedor no garantiza la precisión, exhaustividad o fiabilidad de la detección automática de datos personales. Los algoritmos de detección (regex y NER) pueden producir falsos positivos (datos marcados incorrectamente) o falsos negativos (datos no detectados).
El Usuario es el único responsable de verificar que todos los datos personales sensibles han sido correctamente identificados y redactados antes de compartir el documento procesado.
El Usuario se compromete a no utilizar el Servicio para:
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, EL PROVEEDOR NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, CONSECUENTE O PUNITIVO, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, DATOS, REPUTACIÓN O COSTES DE SUSTITUCIÓN.
La responsabilidad total del Proveedor frente al Usuario, por cualquier causa y bajo cualquier teoría de responsabilidad, se limitará al mayor de: (a) el importe pagado por el Usuario durante los 12 meses anteriores, o (b) 10 €.
El Usuario acepta indemnizar y mantener indemne al Proveedor frente a cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida, responsabilidad y gasto (incluidos honorarios de abogados) derivados de: (a) el uso del Servicio por parte del Usuario, (b) el contenido de los documentos procesados, (c) la violación de estos Términos, o (d) la violación de derechos de terceros.
Toda la tecnología, algoritmos, diseño, marca, logotipo y contenido del Servicio son propiedad exclusiva del Proveedor y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual e industrial aplicables.
El Usuario recibe una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para utilizar el Servicio conforme a estos Términos y al plan contratado.
Dado que el procesamiento es 100% local en el navegador, el Proveedor no accede ni almacena los documentos del Usuario. El Usuario garantiza que posee los derechos legales necesarios sobre los documentos que procesa y que su uso no infringe derechos de terceros ni vulnera la legislación aplicable.
El Pase de 7 días se abona una sola vez y no se renueva automáticamente. Las suscripciones Pro se facturan de forma recurrente (mensual o anualmente) y el Usuario puede cancelarlas en cualquier momento desde el portal de gestión. La cancelación se hará efectiva al final del periodo de facturación vigente. No se realizan reembolsos prorrateados por el tiempo no utilizado, salvo cuando la ley lo exija.
El Proveedor se reserva el derecho de modificar los precios y las características de los planes. Los cambios no afectarán a las suscripciones Pro activas hasta su siguiente renovación ni al Pase de 7 días ya adquirido durante su periodo de validez.
El Proveedor puede modificar o discontinuar el tier gratuito en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
El Servicio se ofrece "según disponibilidad". El Proveedor no garantiza un tiempo de actividad específico ni ofrece SLA. El Proveedor puede modificar, suspender o discontinuar funcionalidades sin previo aviso.
En caso de discontinuación completa del Servicio, el Proveedor notificará a los usuarios con suscripciones Pro activas con al menos 30 días de antelación.
OléPDF utiliza un modelo de Named Entity Recognition (NER) basado en DistilBERT multilingüe que se ejecuta 100% en el navegador del Usuario mediante WebAssembly. El modelo identifica nombres de personas, organizaciones y ubicaciones.
La detección basada en IA puede contener errores, imprecisiones o falsos positivos/negativos. El Usuario es responsable de revisar y verificar los resultados.
El Proveedor recopila únicamente los datos mínimos necesarios para la gestión de licencias: correo electrónico, estado de suscripción y metadatos agregados de uso. El Proveedor NO recopila ni accede a los documentos PDF procesados por el Usuario (todo el procesamiento es local en el navegador).

Los usuarios tienen derechos RGPD de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición al tratamiento de sus datos personales.
El Proveedor puede suspender o terminar el acceso del Usuario al Servicio en cualquier momento, con o sin causa y con o sin previo aviso, en caso de incumplimiento de estos Términos. Las secciones 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 18 y 19 sobrevivirán a la terminación.
El Proveedor se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página con la fecha de actualización. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la publicación de cambios constituye aceptación de los mismos.
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos fuera declarada inválida o inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes permanecerán en pleno vigor y efecto.
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, serán competentes los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan conforme a la normativa aplicable.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification of these terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
OléPDF is a suite of tools for processing PDF documents that runs entirely in the user's browser: merge, split, compress, convert, organize, number, crop, edit metadata and anonymize, among others. One of its tools, anonymization, automatically detects personal data using regex patterns and artificial intelligence (NER) and allows the user to redact them irreversibly.
All PDF document processing runs exclusively in the User's browser. Documents are never sent to any external server. The Provider does not access, store, or process the User's documents.
Network communications are limited to: (a) loading the application and its dependencies, (b) downloading self-hosted models, (c) license validation and anonymous telemetry, and (d) when the User validates or creates a digital signature, transporting an OCSP request, downloading a CRL, or requesting a timestamp. In the latter case only certificate identifiers or cryptographic digests travel; never the document or its content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET THE USER'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
The Provider expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of automatic personal data detection. Detection algorithms (regex and NER) may produce false positives (data incorrectly flagged) or false negatives (data not detected).
The User is solely responsible for verifying that all sensitive personal data has been correctly identified and redacted before sharing the processed document.
The User agrees not to use the Service for:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.
The Provider's total liability to the User, for any cause and under any theory of liability, shall be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount paid by the User during the prior 12 months, or (b) €10.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) the User's use of the Service, (b) the content of processed documents, (c) violation of these Terms, or (d) violation of third-party rights.
All technology, algorithms, design, branding, logo, and content of the Service are the exclusive property of the Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the contracted plan.
Since processing is 100% local in the browser, the Provider does not access or store the User's documents. The User warrants that they possess the necessary legal rights over the documents they process and that their use does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
The 7-Day Pass is charged once and does not renew automatically. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), and the User may cancel them at any time through the management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by law.
The Provider reserves the right to modify prices and plan features. Changes will not affect active Pro subscriptions until their next renewal or an already purchased 7-Day Pass during its validity period.
The Provider may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. The Provider does not guarantee specific uptime or offer an SLA. The Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.
In case of complete Service discontinuation, the Provider will notify users with active Pro subscriptions at least 30 days in advance.
OléPDF uses a multilingual DistilBERT-based Named Entity Recognition (NER) model that runs 100% in the User's browser via WebAssembly. The model identifies person names, organizations, and locations.
AI-based detection may contain errors, inaccuracies, or false positives/negatives. The User is responsible for reviewing and verifying results.
The Provider collects only the minimum data necessary for license management: email address, subscription status, and aggregate usage metadata. The Provider does NOT collect or access PDF documents processed by the User (all processing is local in the browser).

Users have GDPR rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of their personal data.
The Provider may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, in case of breach of these Terms. Sections 1, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 18, and 19 shall survive termination.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law.
