It accepts PDFs and also JPG, PNG and WebP images, which become pages of their own, and it offers two ways of working: Merge now, which joins the files in the order you have them and downloads the result in one step, and Review order and pages, which opens every page of every document in one grid where you can drag pages into any order, rotate them or leave some out before saving. Either way the new file is written in your browser by copying the original page objects, with no re-rendering and no loss of quality.

Pages are copied as vector objects into a new document, so text stays selectable, fonts and images keep their resolution and vector graphics are untouched. Images added as input are converted into PDF pages locally before the merge. Because the copy works page by page, a few document-level structures do not travel with the pages.
The thumbnails are rendered by the PDF engine bundled with OléPDF and the new document is assembled by a local PDF library, both running inside the browser tab. No file is uploaded, no page is sent anywhere and no third-party script is involved. The only download is OléPDF's own code from its own domain. When you close the tab, the only copies of your documents are the ones on your disk.
